Does my pet need to be a pedigree?

No it doesn’t. This certificate purely shows the history of your pet and is not a legal document.

What frames do you supply?

Currently we provide A4 wooden black frames with perspex front.

What is the quality of your certificates?

The A4 certificates are high quality digitally printed CMYK on 300gsm white silk coated card.

How long will my certificate take to arrive?

On receiving your Pedigree Certificate order complete with payment via PAYPAL we will print and despatch your Certificates within 1-2 working days. Please note that this may be affected by Bank Holidays and Christmas Holidays. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery to ensure a speedy delivery.

How are the certificates protected when posted?

Framed certificates are posted via Royal Mail 1st class in padded air bubble envelopes. Non-framed certificates are also sent Royal Mail 1st class in hard backed C4 Manilla envelopes.

Can I order blank certificates?

Yes you can but these are only available by post with a minimum quantity of ten.

Can you deliver internationally?

Currently we only deliver our certificates to the UK. You can choose the ‘Email PDF’ option certificate and a certificate will be emailed to you with your receipt.
