Postage and Packaging
Post & Packing is included within the price for all deliveries within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Information
Deliveries are usually sent out by Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. On occasion this may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control – for example Bank Holidays and the Christmas period. We will endeavour to despatch all paid orders prior to or on the last postal day on such occasions.
Damaged & Missing Orders
We pack all non-framed orders in board backed envelopes and framed orders in padded air buble envelopes to ensure your items are protected during shipping. In the unfortunate event your order is received damaged please contact us. When contacting us to report damaged or missing items please include your PayPal transaction ID.
You must notify us within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order for items recieved damaged.
You must notify us within 14 calendar days of date or order if your items have not been received.
Supplied format
For a downloaded certificate, this will be provided in electronic (pdf) format, ready to be stored on your local device.
Using Emoji’s
Please note using Emoji’s we can’t guarantee the reproduction on prints as it is shown on screen. Most Emoji’s print black & white as aposed to displaying with colour on display. We recommend not using them as our printng process cannot always replicate colour Emojis.
Data Storage
The identifiable personal information submitted by you when registering a new account will be stored only for the purpose of processing orders you place. We do not use your identifiable personal information for any other activity. Customers can contact us directly at info@pedigreeformmaker.co.uk using the registered email address for your account and request to close your account at anytime. On receipt we will permanently delete all stored identifiable personal information for your account. If you would like to update your records or see a copy of the information that we hold about you you can simply log in to your members area and view accounts details.
